This package contains all scripts needed to run Cosian. The software used in Cosian are not included, but are freely available, and you can find download links for each of them when you will install Cosian on your Linux operating system.
Used software : ISIDAFragmentor, OpenBabel, LSalign, LigCSRre, SHAFTS and Fconv.
